Alright. I have truly hit a plateau. I need help. I am on moth 2 of insanity, almost finished with the second week, working out 6 times a week. The workouts kick my butt, but I do the best I can and get an amazing workout. I am still dieting, eating roughly 1500 calories a day, which is supposedly the right amount for me to lose weight. I lost 11 pounds in the first month of Insanity, and can't seem to get rid of any more! Does anyone have any suggestions? Not sure why this is happening, as the workouts in month 2 are longer and much harder. According to the Insanity Diet booklet, I should be eating even more calories. I still want to lose 10-ish pounds. Help! Thanks :)
