Enough is enough. Seriously.

Wow.

Some times I am so shocked by the audacity of people.

SERIOUSLY?

I completely understand what it's like to be angry or jaded. I have most definitely had my fair share of those feelings this semester in nearly every aspect of my life. From roommate drama to silly arguments with my fiance to huge drama with "friends" in the Music Department.

People---get off your high horses! That's all I'm saying. In stead of tearing each other apart, we should be supporting each other and caring about each other. I really hate how fake everyone is with each other. Not that I have never been guilty of this, but I am tired of it. I see so much of it and it's really time for it to end. Tolerance is key to having relationships and getting along.

Some times I can't believe some of the words that come out of my mouth. I really hate how negative I have become lately. I have allowed the negativity in the Music Department and the negativity of other people in my life to feed the worse part of me for long enough! In turn, I've become so negative myself that I am now stuck in this hole of bad attitude. Time to make a change. Time to stop being the kind of person I hate.

  1. It's a difficult balance to maintain. Positivity and supportiveness in such a competitive place. Tolerance is good and an excellent way to stay loving. But it's also important to not tolerate certain behaviors, to let others know that you don't want to be around that kind of thing.

Big lesson I've learned this semester: It's perfectly fine to have opinions, both positive and negative, but remember to BE CONSTRUCTIVE when expressing them. :)

You've done very well dahhhling. :)
